How It All Began

Red's The One And Only BBQ was founded in 2010 by Red himself, a passionate pitmaster who believed that great barbecue starts with quality meat, patience, and love. What began as a small backyard smoker has grown into one of Ferguson's most beloved barbecue destinations.

Red's dream was simple: to bring authentic, charcoal-grilled St. Louis style barbecue to his community. Using family recipes passed down through generations, Red perfected his craft, focusing on the perfect balance of smoke, spice, and tenderness.

Today, Red's The One And Only BBQ continues to serve the same mouthwatering flavors that made it famous, now welcoming guests from all over the St. Louis area and beyond.
